Purpose and basics of processing

Providing data by you is voluntary, but necessary to carry out the recruitment process (legal basis: Article 221 § 1 of the Labour Code in conj. with art. 6 par. 1 let. a. and let. b Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals and with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter refered to as "GIODO").

If you include your photo or additional data in your CV (exceeding the data from Article 221 § 1 of the Labour Code) your data will also be processed in this area (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a). Providing additional data and expressing consent in this way for their processing is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of participating in recruitment.

If you agree, the data Controller will process your data, including in subsequent employee recruitments. Consent may be cancelled at any time with effect for the future.

By submitting your CV, you agree that the Controller shall process personal data included in the recruitment application in order to recruit for the position indicated in the announcement.

Recipients of personal data

Expected categories of data recipients: Personal data will be made available to persons authorised by the Controller and acting on his/her instructions, employees and associates of the Controller, who must have access to data to perform their duties or to provide recruitment services provided electronically.

Personal data will not be transferred to a third country.

The period of data storage

Your data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored for up to 3 (three) months from the end of the recruitment process.

In the case of your consent to use personal data for future recruitment purposes, your data will be stored for up to 12 months.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right:

1. to access your data and receive copies thereof;
2. to namend (correct) your personal data;
3. to limit the processing of personal data;
4. to delete personal data;
5. to file a complaint to the President of UODO (to the address of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Information about the requirement to provide data

Providing your data by you within the scope resulting from art. 221 § 1 of the Labour Code (such as name, surname, education, course of previous employment) is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. Providing additional data and expressing consent in this way for its processing is voluntary and does not affect the possibility of participating in recruitment.

Information about the lack of profiling

Please be advised that you will not be subject to automated decisions (decisions without human participation); this includes no data profiling.
